 an odd assortment of hardware, draping over
the perloid body,  not much in the way of
original parts here.

So, one can be pretty sure the Ibanez tuners have to go,

 

So, off comes the hardware, down to the foundation, just what do we have to work with?

 
One thing has to be kept in mind, that when this guitar was built, there were no previously made models to build off of, and while one may think one knows what this should look like, that may not necessisarily be the case.
